Practice Consultants: They provide practice brokerage services to the medical community throughout the United States.  They assist sellers of practices and buyers seeking practices. Practice brokerage is a commission-based service that is usually paid for by the seller upon successful completion of the transaction. The fee is 10% of the total purchase price of the transaction, with a minimum fee of $15,000.  If a sale or partial sale is contemplated, they will:
