Following are the Current Procedural Terminology (CPT©), Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System (HCPCS) Level II, and International Classification of Diseases, Ninth Revision, Clinical Modification (ICD-9- CM) codes most commonly reported by pediatricians in providing preventive care services.
